			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pour le biologiste, l&#8217;exécution des analyses bio-informatique implique une gestion du temps d&#8217;analyse des données et des outils à disponibilité. Les utilisateurs ont besoin d&#8217;aide pour organiser leur travail, de récupérer les paramètres et reproduire leurs analyses. Ils doivent également être en mesure de combiner leurs outils d&#8217;analyse en utilisant un mécanisme de sécurisant le flux de données généré par les differents outils.<br />

Enfin, étant donné que les outils disponibles peuvent parfois être difficiles à installer, il est particulièrement utile pour les biologistes de pouvoir utiliser ces outils par le biais d&#8217;une interface utilisateur Web. Cependant, offrir une interface web pour un ensemble d&#8217;outils pose des problèmes q&#8217;un portail Web unique ne peut offrir tous les services existants et possibles: c&#8217;est l&#8217;utilisateur, à nouveau, qui doit faire face à la surveillance et la gestion des données de sortie entre un certain nombre de services et outils différents. Un cadre permettant aux administrateurs du portail de construire un réseau de coopération avec les services serait donc clairement être bénéfique.</p>
<p>Bertrand Néron, et ses collaborateurs du Groupe Logiciels et Banques de Données à L&#8217;Institut Pasteur de Paris, a donc conçu un système, Mobyle, capable de fournir un environnement flexible et utilisable par le biais d&#8217;un portail Web pour définir et exécuter des analyses bio-informatique. Il contient de simples mais puissantes fonctions de gestion des données qui permettent à l&#8217;utilisateur de reproduire des analyses et de combiner les outils en utilisant un système de typage hiérarchique. Mobyle offre la possibilité d&#8217;appeler des services distribués sur des serveurs distants (ou webservices), permettant ainsi l&#8217;integration d&#8217;un réseau fédéré de portails bioinformatique organisé de manière à ce que l&#8217;utilisateur n&#8217;ait pas à apprendre des concepts complexes, ou à installer des logiciels sophistiqués.</p>

<p>Jeudi 21 janvier 2010, la CGAT organise avec succès la première Vente Privée d&#8217;Oligonucléotides en Tunisie. Cette Vente Privée a été prévu pour se dérouler durant la semaine allant du 18 au 22 janvier. La veille du 21 janvier, des e-mail d&#8217;Alertes spécifiques ont été diffusés pour avertir les Privilégiés, qui ont été au rendez-vous et qui ont finalement bénéficié, comme promis, d&#8217;une Fabuleuse Remise de 15%.<span id="more-305"></span></p>
<p>Au vu du succès de cette 1ère, la CGAT envisage actuellement la réalisation de la 2ème Vente Privée d&#8217;ici peu de temps pour répondre aux multiples sollicitations de la part de ses Privilégiés.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>L&#8217;expression des gènes, encore appelée expression génique ou expression génétique, désigne l&#8217;ensemble des processus biochimiques par lesquels l&#8217;information héréditaire stockée dans un gène est lue pour aboutir à la fabrication de  molécules qui auront un rôle actif dans le fonctionnement cellulaire, comme les protéines ou les ARN.<span id="more-152"></span></p>
<p>Même si toutes les cellules d&#8217;un organisme partagent le même génome, certains gènes ne sont exprimés que dans certaines cellules, à certains périodes de la vie de l&#8217;organisme ou sous certaines conditions. La régulation de l&#8217;expression génétique est donc le mécanisme fondamental permettant la différenciation cellulaire, la morphogenèse et l&#8217;adaptabilité d&#8217;un organisme vivant à son environnement. Les multiples mécanismes moléculaires épigénétiques qui permettent cette régulation interviennent à toutes les étapes du décodage de l&#8217;ADN : depuis la condensation de la chromatine, la méthylation de l&#8217;ADN, la transcription de l&#8217;ADN en ARNm, le transport et la dégradation de ce dernier, la traduction de l&#8217;ARNm en protéine jusqu&#8217;à la phase de modification post-traductionnelle de la protéine codée par ledit gène.</p>
<p>A l&#8217;inverse, il existe des gènes qui sont exprimés de façon à peu près identique dans toutes les cellules d&#8217;un organisme, quelles que soient les conditions, on les dénomme « gènes constitutifs » ou encore « gènes de ménage » (&#8221;housekeeping genes&#8221; en anglais).</p>
<p>On peut utiliser des gènes rapporteurs pour étudier cette régulation des gènes.</p>
